About Me

My fitness journey encompasses over two decades of training for Organized Sports, Distance Running, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Cross Training. It has not been completely smooth though, as I have dealt with weight gain, lack of motivation, injuries, and mental health issues. I can understand and empathize with all those issues and feelings. 

In my career I have learned, coached, and personally performed several fitness modalities. This allows me to integrate the benefits of each one of them. Yet, the number one benefit of training with me is knowledge. You will leave every session more knowledgeable of how your body should move and feel, how to adjust rep over rep and set over set, how nutrition and supplementation can assist or inhibit progress, and what it takes to ultimately achieve your goal.

Your comprehensive session may include aspects of Powerlifting, Hypertrophy, Flexibility, and Plyometrics. The one thing you will be assured that it WILL include is...FUN. If you are not having fun, you will not stick with it.
